Now imagine you have been hired as the new CEO for a Fortune 500 company. You started your position two months ago and have noticed that most of the 200 employees that report to you do not really seem to be satisfied with their jobs. Should you care about this lack of job satisfaction? Support your answer with information from your textbook the report reviewed above and scholarly journals from the library (at least one). In your discussion you should include antecedents and consequences of the lack of job satisfaction in your company. You should also discuss your plan for dealing with the lack of job satisfaction as the new CEO of this organization.
