Utilising a reflective style (but not a model of reflection), critically appraise the issues raised for you during your Continuity Project experience. This advanced critical analysis should include an examination of the organisation and models of care experienced by your continuity cases, as well as an advanced evaluation of the evidence base for practice.
This reflective account should centre on aspects of your Continuity Project that have meant the most learning for you, in particular how your knowledge and skills have developed during the project.
