The request is for any and all e-mails related to specific keywords that they have supplied. Your chief executive officer (CEO) has asked you to determine whether the company needs to comply with the request.

    Research the FRCP and e-discovery rules as they pertain to e-mail. Write a synopsis covering the following topics:

Present your findings including related job titles potential employers a summary of this job function the education and experience required to qualify for this position and the average salary one could expect to earn.
