Obviously much of what we have examined over the last several weeks has been along the lines of leadership development. As such the various theories that we have examined have been established as viable leadership styles. Of course simply studying leadership theory and leadership styles is not enough. In this course it has been our aim to move from mere theory to real life practice (Northouse 2013; Pierce & Newstrom 2008).That said in what ways do you feel that some of these leadership styles that we have covered can be immediately applicable to your professional career?
