    prepare a case study of one pollutant as fellow:

    1- introduce the pollutant: definition, statistics regarding its use in the world, origins, trophic transfer, how it reaches humans, ….

    2- explain how it reaches air, water and soil

    3. its effects on plants, animals and humans

    4- give a brieve overview about how to assess the toxicity of the pollutant : lab toxicological tests, animal models, results, …….. here you have to refer to scientific papers (preferably the most recent ones as a case study).

    5- how to control the spreading of the contaminant in air, soil and water. give examples of modern technologies whether tested on a large scale (by industries) or small scale (research essays)
