    advice. Based on the scenario that was provided at the beginning of the Unit IV Lesson and

    repeated below, what would you tell your mentee at this point? Your advice must be based

    Ms. Herstory enters the classroom during the second week of class. Although she quickly

    learned that a lesson plan is critical for successful student outcomes, there are more factors

    looming that she has not fully uncovered, which will directly impact her students’ level of

    team, is always flirting with Tiffany, the head cheerleader. In fact, Tiffany was sitting on

    have their phones in their hands and are posting comments to their Snapchat accounts about
