    Many teams face the challenge of flat performance; they may underperform by failing to reach their stated goals. For this assignment you are to identify an experience where you are (or were) a part of a team describe the team’s background and evaluate its performance in a 35 page report.
    Later in the course (M7 Assignment 2) you will continue to evaluate the same team’s goals strategies dysfunctions or failings and recommend a team building strategy to assist in its performance.
