This ultimate end of term assignment will be an in-class deliverable of a presentation and a complete project of which the topic will be a goal (or problem oriented) project of a real-world or fictional small business or an enterprise-wide organization. Each student will plan design and implement (as a presentation) of a project that is worthy of several thousand to several million dollars in scope. Each project will consist of aVision statement IT ArchitectureSDLC Overview & Requirements System or Application Overview Requirements Specification System or Application Design Test and Quality Assurance Plan Part I Test and Quality Assurance Plan Part II and Development Strategy.
Roles
The Project Manager will be each assignment think of the assignment as the Project Manager giving you a task to complete for your project.
The Program Manager will be me your instructor.
The System Engineer will be you each student that will have the primary role of planning design and ultimately to implement the project.
Tasks (Objectives from Week 19)
Make any updates to the first 9 weeks’ content based on feedback from your instructor and your peers. Make sure that the Key Assignment has a good flow and is cohesive in its presentation of information.

In the previous 9 weeks you were first asked to select a system or software application to specify requirements develop a design using modeling tools formulate development and testing strategies and propose an integration and deployment plan. Each week you contributed with specifications and plans that culminated in an overall Key Assignment System Requirements Design and Implementation Specification
Assignment
For the assignments in this course you will be developing an all-inclusive System Requirements Design and Implementation Specification. Your first task in this process will be to select an application or system to use as the basis of your projects. You will also create the shell document for the final Key Assignment project deliverable that you will be working on during each Unit. As you proceed through each project phase you will add content to each section of the final document to gradually complete the final project. Appropriate research should be conducted to support the analysis in your report and assumptions may be made when necessary.
The project deliverables are as follows:
Your final implementation phase of your project will be a presentation given in week 11. The goal here is to convince not only me your instructor but the rest of the class. Be prepared to answer questions as a defense to your project.
