How are violations of human rights caused by austerity affecting UK economy and society?

The aim of the dissertation is to achieve a first class score. 6000 words is the requirement and it needs to be loosely linked to my degree which is Fashion Buying and Brand Marketing thus it is important a chapter is included discussing how austerity affects the spending power of the public which then affects businesses within the fashion industry such as retailers etc. 

Austerity should be introduced and the thesis structure should be discussed.
