    Your final Portfolio Project will be due at the end of Module 8. This week then you are going to write a rough draft of your paper. Think about the insights youve gained from the class readings and discussions as well as your own experiences in team design and project execution. You should also begin thinking about what you have learned about team creation organization and leadership functions needed to achieve successful projection completion and thoughts about your participation and contribution to the team process as a leader manager or follower. Regardless of the assignment option you chose for the Portfolio Project you must submit a rough draft of your progress for this Week 6 Portfolio milestone. Your rough draft must do the following things:
    Submit your rough draft for approval by your instructor. Although no points are assessed the week this milestone is due it is a requirement for the Portfolio Project and points will be assessed for its completion on the final project rubric.
